Four Roses Distillery

Spanish mission-style architecture is rare in Kentucky, making Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Ky., an interesting departure from the traditional bourbon distillery. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Four Roses is the only distillery that combines five proprietary yeast strains with two separate mash bills to produce 10 distinct recipes.
